The Women of the ELCA (WELCA) of the Metro New York Synod will be meeting at the Wartburg in Mt. Vernon for a full day of fellowship and learning. The theme for the day is “I Am Worthy.” Lorie Burke Garcia, church wide representative, will be the key-note speaker and program presenter.
